Raw
for 30 Days
A new documentary film about research concerning the use of raw
food to combat diabetes follows six fast-food eating Americans with
diabetes to go on a vegan, organic, live, raw diet for 30 days.
Produced by Mark Perlmutter and filmed by Aiyana Elliott, Raw
for 30 Days follows these patients who were supervised
by Gabriel Cousens, MD, MD(H) and Helen Ross, MD at the Tree of
Life in Patagonia, Arizona. The film is expected to be screened
at film festivals next spring and subsequently released in theaters.
A compendium DVD is also being produced about the program, which
