Living Green: When to Buy Organic


In the May/June issue of Today’s Diet & Nutrition, writer Matthew Robb reported on strategies for spending wisely on produce by purchasing organic varieties of produce with high pesticide residues and buying non-organic when choosing items that rank lower on the pesticide residue scale.
